Abdul Rani Mat Salleh is currently the Managing Director as well as Business Development Manager of Linkfarr Sdn Bhd. At Linkfarr he is responsible not only to manage the company to greater height but also to expand its existing staff development products to meet the challenges of the knowledge era.

He has over fifteen years of experience in the field of training consultancy, telecommunications services, manufacturing, marketing as well as computer software development. He is also exposed in the area of business process re-engineering (BPR) since he has been actively involved in many BPR Task Force Committees and SAP R3 ERP Committees that were set up while he was working within the Sapura Group of Companies.

He resigned from Sapura in November 2000 to work full time with Linkfarr Sdn Bhd. His last job was with Sapura Marketing Sdn Bhd as a Logistics Manager, where he was responsible in managing the company inventory management, warehousing and distribution of Sapura Marketing trading goods across its value chain network.

As a trainer, his core areas are Project Management, Memory Improvement Technique, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Team Building and Productivity and Quality Improvement Programs. He has been engaged as consultant and trainer by the Sapura Group of Companies, Petronas Penapisan (Melaka) Sdn Bhd, Petronas Management Training Sdn Bhd, Intraline Resources Sdn Bhd, KUB Group of Companies, Maybank Group of Companies, JVC Electronics, Matsushita, Fujitsu Components, Totokiki, Tamura Electronics, LHDN, CIDB, Akademi Binaan Malaysia, the Royal Malaysia Air Force, the Royal Malaysia Navy, the Royal Malaysia Army, the Royal Communication Regiment, and the Education Technology Division of the Ministry of Education.
