Mohamad Niza Bin Md Nor
MBA(UUM), BBA(UiTM),
DPA(UiTM)
He
holds a Master in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia,
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and Diploma in Public Administration
from Universiti Teknologi MARA. He is currently pursuing his study in Doctorate
of Business Administration Program (DBA). He started his career in Credit and
Marketing Department at Lee Wah Bank, Kuala Lumpur for a year, as an
Immigration Officer at Johor Immigration Department from 1990, Enforcement
Officer at Road Transport Department Kedah from 1996 and from 2007 until now he
is a lecturer at Universiti Teknologi MARA.
During
his stint with the Road Transport Department he was the Head of Driving
Institute Unit. He was a Qualified Testing Officer (QTO). His job description
and responsibilities were monitoring the implementation of Kurikulum
Pendidikan Pemandu (KPP), lecturing and facilitating courses for
Certification of Driving Instructor (SPIM) Sijil Pengajar Institute Memandu)
and Certification of Qualified Testing Instructor (QTI) He also provides
training, lecturing and facilitating courses of Defensive Driving for Driving
Institute, internal/external and public/private sector in Kedah. The training
program and consultation that he has covered include the new Driving Institutes
and Approve Site (e-Services) in Kedah such as Mustika Muhibah Changlun, Pusat
Memandu KP Jitra, Ilmu Baru and Villa Maju Alor Setar, PMP Pendang, JV Cergas,
PBE and GSM Sg. Petani, Kunci Rimbun Kulim and the eService centre of Rileks
KOMMS and My Speed Sdn. Bhd.
He is a committee member of the University and
Industrial Linkage Committee (UiLC) that facilitates practical training, career
development and research project for UiTM students. As a trainer, he is involved in
consultation, providing training and development of transportation and drivers
development, entrepreneurship, human resource planning for entrepreneur,
business development, project management, participant development program and
team building program for the requirements of university, public sector and
private sector.
